Description:
T7-I07. Male individual. Age: Based on tooth wear, this would be an adult between 35 and 45 years old. The presence of incipient osteoarthritis in the vertebrae also supports this estimate.
Height: based on the maximum length of the left femur and humerus, this is between 158 and 161 cm.
Individual located on top of Individual I5, I16, I28, I36, and I37. Individual I7 was found in the center of the tomb, on the major axis, in a prone position with the forearms crossed at the chest and with a SE-NW (head-feet) orientation. The body was turned slightly towards the northern corner of the tomb, but very parallel to the major axis SE-NW. It marks the main axis of the burial and is parallel to most of the individuals occupying the central part of the tomb, including the child with the funerary bundle (Individual I4). The individual was located on top of all the other individuals placed in the center. This is an adult individual with a large amount of grave goods in the form of gold pieces; beaded chains; cuffs; pendants made from shark, dog, monkey and human teeth; and other funerary objects.
Close anatomical connections on all recovered parts. Burial in a densely packed space. The knees and ankles were together, so it cannot be ruled out that the body could have been wrapped.
